Job Order

Upon specifying the job order by checking the content type, file format, and language combination, we proceed with allocating our expert linguists matching the project requirements.

Job Cycle

We select and allocate a dedicated team of three expert translators, native in the given target language. We proceed by applying the translation phase, followed by the edition step. The TEP process is completed by performing proofreading, a final linguistic check.

Upon your request, we provide Certificates of Accuracy attesting that your translation was performed by a professional native linguist to the best of their knowledge and ability. Over and above, we offer sworn translation or certified translation, a divergent service for official documents handled by an accredited sworn translator with a declaration attesting to the correctness of the translation alongside a wet signature or stamp of the authorised linguist.

Minimum qualification standards for linguists:
Are native speakers of the given target language
Have a university degree in a relevant field
Have a minimum of 3 years of translation experience in the required subject matter
Have 5 years of general experience in the translation field. Linguists with relevant credentials (a.g. certificates) take precedence in the recruitment process.
Are tech-savvy and proficient in CAT tools utility
