Minimum qualification standards for linguists:
Are native speakers of the given target language
Have a university degree in a relevant field
Have a minimum of 3 years of translation experience in the required subject matter
Have 5 years of general experience in the translation field. Linguists with relevant credentials (a.g. certificates) take precedence in the recruitment process.
Are tech-savvy and proficient in CAT tools utility
